Matcha Latte


  • 1/2 cup (120mL) milk (or milk alternative)
  • approx. 1 tsp (5mL) honey
  • 1 tsp (5mL) matcha powder
  • 1/2 cup (120mL) water


  1. Mix together milk and honey, until honey is dissolved. To adjust sweetness level alter amount of honey used accordingly.
  2. Once fully combined pour into glass with ice.
  3. Combine matcha powder and water in separate glass.
  4. Make sure to mix for a long time, until there are no more clumps of matcha!
  5. Then pour matcha mixture into glass with ice and sweetened milk.
  6. IMPORTANT: When pouring make sure to pour on top of ice cubes. This keeps the matcha and milk from fully combining with one another.
