Ingredients
- 1/2 cup (120mL) milk (or milk alternative)
- approx. 1 tsp (5mL) honey
- 1 tsp (5mL) matcha powder
- 1/2 cup (120mL) water
Directions
- Mix together milk and honey, until honey is dissolved. To adjust sweetness level alter amount of honey used accordingly.
- Once fully combined pour into glass with ice.
- Combine matcha powder and water in separate glass.
- Make sure to mix for a long time, until there are no more clumps of matcha!
- Then pour matcha mixture into glass with ice and sweetened milk.
- IMPORTANT: When pouring make sure to pour on top of ice cubes. This keeps the matcha and milk from fully combining with one another.
